Thomas “Tom” C. Williams, 69 of Lambertville, MI, died Saturday, April 1, 2017, in Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania, OH.  Born April 9, 1947, in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of Carl and Jeanne (Thomas) Williams.    He married Patricia “Trish” A. Tuttle on June 17, 1972, in Cleveland, OH.  She preceded him in death on March 16, 2013.  Tom received his Bachelors of Education from Bowling Green State University, where he was on scholarship for swimming and was recently inducted in the Bowling Green University Swimming Hall of Fame. Tom was employed by Dundee High School, where he had taught English, served as Athletic Director and Vice Principal.  He also coached baseball, and girls and boys swimming.  He just retired from coaching boys swimming this year, after 41 years and received Coach of the Year, MHSAA, Division III on March 11, 2017.  Tom was  an avid Cleveland Browns & Indians fan, and loved reading and traveling with his wife.

Tom is survived by his loving daughters, Megan Keane and Bethany (Len) Rosinski; brother, James (Carol) Williams; 4 grandchildren, Aidan, Josefene, Nicholas and Colton, and his dog, Zheva.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering will be from 1-8 pm, Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, April 7, 2017, at Dundee United Methodist Church, 645 Franklin St, Dundee, MI 48131.
